Join us at Barclays as a Senior Financial Crime Screening (FCS) Analyst. In this role, you’ll support screening activities through day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
To be successful as a Senior FCS Analyst, you should have experience with:
Quality, Risk & Control Awareness, understanding of risk frameworks and compliance controls.
Financial crime background with an understanding of sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
Reporting & Analysis, deliver accurate reports and identify trends to support decision-making.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
To support Screening with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution, making decisions in line with comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
Execution of screening checks on customers, transactions, and other activities to identify potential risks and comply with regulatory requirements.
Development and implementation of screening procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
Development of reports and presentations on screening performance.
Participation in projects and initiatives to improve screening efficiency and effectiveness.
