Responsibilities
* Shape and develop a best‑in‑class global software organization that excels in execution, innovation, and collaboration.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of software engineers, architects, and technical leads across multiple regions.

* Ensure the on‑time and high‑quality delivery of software products by setting clear goals and priorities.

* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure software delivery success.
* Define and execute a long‑term vision for the software organization, aligning with business and product goals.
* Drive organizational transformation, ensuring teams are structured for agility, scalability, and success.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to shape product roadmaps and software strategies.
* Continuously assess and adopt emerging software technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Implement best practices in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD to optimize development speed and quality.
* Foster a mindset of continuous improvement, iterating and refining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
* Champion data‑driven decision‑making, using analytics and metrics to drive software quality and operational excellence.
* Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards in software development.
* Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
* Partner with Product Management, UX/UI, and other business units to align software strategies with customer needs.
* Promote best practices in software architecture, design, and engineering excellence.
* Encourage innovation by enabling teams to explore new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
Qualifications
* Required Experience
o Extensive global leadership experience in software development.
o Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing global teams.
o Track record of delivering software products on time and meeting business commitments.
o Expertise in Agile, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.
o Strong experience in organizational transformation and change management.
o Exceptional ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
o Experience leading large‑scale, distributed, multicultural teams.
o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
o Experience in SaaS, Cloud, and mobile software.
o Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
o Background in customer‑driven software development and scalable architectures.
* Education & Certifications
o Degree in Engineering or related field.
* Travel & Working Environment
o No more than 25% expected travel required.
o Hybrid: currently 3 days in the office.
