We care for sentenced and remanded males under the age of 18 years and are part of the national Secure Children s Home network. Who we are seeking Creative dynamic Residential Night Care Assistants who share our vision and values and who want to make a difference. About the role We are looking for colleagues who have experience, creative life skills and the resilience of working with challenging and vulnerable adolescents in a caring residential or community based setting. If you think you have the qualities and experience to work within a multi-agency team who are committed to offering the highest standards of care, then we would be interested to hear from you. This would be a good opportunity for someone to gain experience working with vulnerable young people in a secure setting. Shifts between the hours of 22:00 and 08.00, 7 days a week. Some shift requirements are known in advance but the majority are needed to cover at short notice. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months salary payments at a rate of 12.38 per month.
