Key Responsibilities: Advise on the merits of litigation at early stages. Act for clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings. Handle insolvency actions (bankruptcy, winding-up, etc.). Manage non-contentious probate work, including: Obtaining grants on behalf of creditors. Assisting with estate administration. Draft, review, and manage litigation documents. Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and procedures.
