The Opportunity
This newly created role places you right at the centre of customer relationships. Youll be the trusted technical voice for retail partners - protecting standards, solving problems, and driving improvements from field to fork.
Youll work hands-on with:
* Retail customers
* Internal Technical & Operational teams
* Product, packaging & sustainability projects

What Youll Be Doing
* Act as the go-to technical contact for retail customers
* Manage customer technical requirements, specifications, and standards
* Lead responses to technical queries, complaints, and risk assessments
* Support new product launches, packaging changes, and innovation projects
* Ensure all customer-facing documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
* Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability
* Analyse trends and data to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement
* Support ESG and sustainability initiatives that truly matter
Who Were Looking For
* Experience in a technical role within food, FMCG, retail, or supply chain
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Confidence managing multiple priorities
* Good MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
* A genuine passion for fresh produce, quality, and innovation
