Their mission-driven team works on impactful solutions that improve access to care, often partnering with major organizations (like high-street retailers) to deliver these services as part of employee benefits. While a healthcare background isn’t essential, a passion for wellbeing and purpose-driven work is highly valued.
THE ROLE
You will be a hands-on Content Strategist. In this role, you'll shape and lead the content strategy, translating complex clinical concepts into clear, accessible messaging for a range of audiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams (like sales and clinical) to support client pitches and improve how services are communicated. You'll also work directly with clients to ensure content resonates and drives understanding of the company's offerings.
A background in simplifying technical or clinical language is a strong advantage, and you'll have real ownership in defining the content direction.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
* At least 5 years of commercial experience in content/copywriting
* Hands-on, creative experience
* Multi-channel experience highly sought after
* Ideally both B2B and B2C experience
