Location: Maidstone (hybrid working: 4 days from home / 1 in the office)
Salary: £26,000 | Start date: ASAP
Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Maidstone, is looking to recruit a Digital Customer Support Executive to join their team on a hybrid working basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with strong administrative and customer service skills, particularly in a digital environment, to contribute to a friendly and supportive organisation.
Responsibilities
* Handle live chat enquiries and email support
* Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth customer interactions and back-office processes
Qualifications & Skills
* Fluency in Greek, Bulgarian, Arabic or Hebrew is highly desirable
* Strong administrative and customer service skills, particularly in a digital environment
