Spa Therapist
Location: Based at Hoar Cross Hall.
Salary: £13.21 per hour (increased every 6 months for first two years of service) + commission
Full Time / Part Time opportunities available

Key Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.
* Ensure clients receive excellent quality treatments and provide customer care to the highest standard.
* Carry out all treatments to the highest standard.
* Always be polite and courteous to guests.
* Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
* Achieve sales and treatment targets.
* Ensure therapy rooms are comfortable, clean, and tidy.
* Abide by all Health & Safety Guidelines.
* Provide clients with personalised experiences, including post-treatment advice and product recommendations.
* Stay updated with the latest spa industry trends and techniques.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and welcoming environment.
Person Specification
Essentials
* L3 Qualification in Beauty Therapy.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a hygienic and organised workspace.
Desirables
* Proficient in a variety of spa treatments and techniques.
* Previous experience working in a similar role and establishment.
Further Information
* Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
* Must be able to commit to working one weekend day per week
* Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
* Shifts: 09:30 -18:00 / 10:30-19:00
