We are currently recruiting for a Driver Mate / Porter to support a busy delivery operation based in Bellshill. This hands-on role involves assisting with deliveries, calling customers ahead of arrival, and ensuring all items are accurately scanned and accounted for.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with Deliveries - Help the driver load and unload goods at customer locations
* Customer Calls - Contact customers prior to delivery to confirm someone will be in
* Use of Scanner - Scan all items to ensure orders are complete and correctly delivered
* Accuracy Checks - Ensure all delivery items are accounted for and matched to the manifest
* Customer Service - Provide a polite and professional service at every drop
* Keep Vehicle Tidy - Assist with keeping the van clean and organized throughout the shift

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a driver mate, warehouse, or delivery role (preferred but not essential)
* Good communication skills and confident speaking to customers
* Basic understanding of using handheld scanners or mobile devices
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work long shifts (8-12 hours)
* Available to work weekdays and weekends as needed
