Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with a local manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Manager / Group Reporting Manager to support the Group Finance Director and oversee the finance operations for their group entities. This is a key role within a growing group, offering genuine impact, autonomy and visibility across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the finance function for the legal entities and the group.
* Lead and review month-end processes and prepare monthly reporting packs
* Produce consolidated financial reporting.
* Provide commentary, performance analysis and insight across the Group
* Monitor and forecast Group cashflow
* Review working capital movements and drive improvements
* Coordinate annual budgets and half-year forecasting cycles
* Act as the main contact for the year-end audit, preparing analysis and key deliverables
* Support insurance renewals with financial analysis and data
* Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed
* Support, train and cover team members as needed
* Lead and contribute to process improvements (e.g. expense system rollout, BACs improvements, invoicing automation)

2. Sound technical accounting knowledge, including consolidations and multi-currency
