The Role
Depending on your level, you’ll be involved in:
1. Managing planning applications and appeals across a varied portfolio
2. Advising clients on planning strategy and development potential
3. Working on residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes
4. Leading projects and mentoring junior planners
5. At Principal/Associate level: contributing to business development and team growth
About You
6. MRTPI qualified (or working towards at Senior Planner level)
7. Experience within a planning consultancy environment
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
9. Confident managing projects and client relationships
10. Ambitious and keen to progress within a consultancy setting
