Quantity Surveyor – Developer Infrastructure – Devon – £65–70k
Established civil engineering contractor delivering developer-funded trunk main water and infrastructure schemes across the South West is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
This is a predominantly office-based commercial role focused on pricing, cost control and NEC contract administration, supporting multiple live civils projects with occasional site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Subcontract procurement and management
Monthly cost reporting and CVRs
Pricing variations and compensation events (NEC)
Commercial oversight of trunk main and infrastructure schemes
Client and developer liaison
Requirements:
Proven experience in civil engineering / utilities
Strong NEC contract knowledge
Background in water or infrastructure projects preferred
Commercial reporting experience
Package:
£65,000 – £70,000
Permanent PAYE
