Academics is recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in the Crewe area seeking a committed Boys' PE Teacher to join them from the Easter term (13th April) through to the end of the summer term for a full-time position. Strong behaviour management required and the ability to build positive relationships are key.
The Role:
Deliver engaging PE lessons to boys across KS3 and KS4
Plan, prepare and assess in line with the national curriculum
Promote teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship
Maintain firm, consistent behaviour management in a structured setting
Contribute to extracurricular sport and school activities (desirable)
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in PE or a related subject
Has recent experience teaching PE at KS3 and KS4
Demonstrates confident, effective behaviour management in a challenging school setting
Is proactive, resilient, and able to establish clear boundaries
Can motivate and engage students of varying abilities and attitudes
