Igne is seeking a Regional QHSE Manager to join our team based in Hamilton, Glasgow. This is a hands-on role working closely with operational teams to drive best practice and continuous improvement across the business. The role is full-time and requires travel across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, integrate, coordinate, and maintain the IMS system and procedures relevant to the latest ISO standards and to meet industry specific accreditations
* Ensure the effectiveness of QHSE processes and procedures in line with company policy and industry guidance
* Manage the preparation and completion of internal and external site health, safety and Quality audits
* Support local site activities in line with client specific requirements and project scope.
* Attend and participate in appropriate Health and Safety review meetings and provide briefings to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the implications for the business and proposed actions
* Collation, monitoring, analysis and summary reporting of group near misses, accidents and RIDDOR incidents
Person Specification:
* Technical membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH) or equivalent
* ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 Systems Internal auditor
* NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum
* A Full UK driving license
* Experience of the Construction Industry
* The ability to understand and analyse complex information and present it simply and accurately
