A busy Haywards Heath base client are looking to bolster their finance team by recruiting a Part Time 4 days a week Assistant Accountant/Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
Job Description
3. Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
5. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
6. Support the payroll process and ensure timely payments.
7. Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable.
8. Collaborate with the finance team to meet departmental goals.
9. Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
10. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part Time 4 days a week Assistant Accountant/Accounts Assistant should have:
