You'll be joining at a moment where your work directly moves the needle on growth. We operate a four-day week with unlimited holidays and hybrid working. You'll work closely with the Founder and CEO, CGO, Head of Product & Marketing and manage a talented team who'll push you to win.
The role
This is a full-funnel marketing role for someone ambitious and obsessed with growth. You'll be responsible for driving new user acquisition, growing our organic presence, and delivering the marketing tactics that keep users coming back - working across content, partnerships, social, editorial, email and in-app channels to move the needle on the metrics that matter.
You'll work closely with the Brand Director and Head of Product & Marketing, and directly manage our Content Specialist and CRM Specialist. You're not just thinking about campaigns - you're the person who breaks them down, coordinates across teams, owns the timelines, and makes sure things actually get delivered to a high standard.
What you'll do
Growth & acquisition
* Drive new user growth through organic channels that drive awareness- working with the Head of Product & Marketing on strategy, but managing content, events, partnerships, social, editorial, email and in-app channels.
* Manage the full-funnel marketing - from first awareness through to activation and re-engagement.
* Track, report on, and obsess over the metrics that matter.
Campaign planning & delivery
* Own campaign planning end-to-end - breaking down initiatives into clear workstreams, timelines, and cross-functional responsibilities.
* Coordinate across brand, product, and wider teams to keep campaigns on track and delivered on time.
* Maintain a clear view of the marketing calendar and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Team management
* Line manage and develop our Content Specialist and CRM Specialist - setting clear priorities, supporting their growth, and holding a high bar for output.

What we're looking for
You'll need:
* Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of driving growth
* Strong organic marketing skills across social, content channels, crm and events
* Experience owning campaign planning and cross-functional coordination
* Analytical - comfortable in the data, able to identify what's working and what isn't
Bonus points if you have:
* Paid media experience across social or search
* Experience marketing a mobile app
* Background in consumer tech, fashion, or lifestyle brands
* Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report
* Experience with localisation of marketing
