Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with customers effectively. This role involves processing orders, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and project management. A passion for providing exceptional customer service is essential.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system.
* Process orders for various sites across the UK.
* Collaborate with team members to improve delivery service and share best practices.
* Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Managing various projects regarding the continual improvement of our systems and processes.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Fluency in English
* Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365.
* Proven analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Familiarity with data entry processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
* Previous experience in the janitorial industry is a bonus, but not essential.

* Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Salary: £28,000 per annum
