An established and highly regarded independent firm of specialist accountants, located on the Kent/London border, is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Client Manager to join its growing team.

The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. The role will involve a balance of compliance, advisory, and relationship management, with scope to make a genuine impact on both clients and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a mixed portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact
* Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and associated reporting
* Overseeing tax compliance across personal and corporate clients
* Providing proactive advisory services to support client growth and efficiency
* Supporting business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities
* Mentoring, supervising, and developing junior members of the team
Candidate Profile
* ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong practice experience
* Proven experience managing a client portfolio within an accountancy firm
* Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and advisory
* Experience working with doctors, medical professionals, or GP surgeries would be highly advantageous
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
