We’re looking for an Associate Recruitment Consultant (Apprentice) to join the Certain Advantage team. You’ll join our team in Sale where we work Mon – Wed in office and Thu and Fri from home.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to start out their career in Recruitment. We’ll enrol you on a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship and support you with on‑the‑job experience to learn the ropes.
You will:
* Support business development activity on your desk, learning how to approach new clients and working with existing clients to help grow our services.
* Assist in delivering a high‑touch, consultative service through face‑to‑face meetings and regular client engagement, with guidance from senior consultants.
* Learn how to source, engage, and place high‑quality candidates into permanent roles.
* Support senior consultants in working with key stakeholders to understand hiring challenges and contribute to recruitment solutions.
* Work towards agreed targets and KPIs, with coaching and development provided throughout the apprenticeship.
About You
We’re looking for a people person who can demonstrate:
* A strong interest in building a career in recruitment within an agency environment, with the motivation to work towards performance targets.
* The ability to communicate confidently and professionally with stakeholders at different levels, with support and training provided.
* A relationship‑focused approach, with a willingness to learn consultative sales skills and best‑practice recruitment techniques.
