Today, we are looking for an experienced HRBP to lead and deliver human resource services and initiatives for our manufacturing site based in Haywards Heath, UK which employs around 140 people.

Role Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner will help to build a people-first culture that delivers business results. The HRBP will provide HR leadership and consultation to both management and employees and will be responsible for the delivery and execution of strategy, programs, policies, as well as for providing day-to-day HR support. Lastly, as part of the UK HR team, the HRBP will collaborate with other members of the team and support HR initiatives nationwide. This role is based on-site and reports into the Lead HRBP.

Specific Responsibilites Include

Business Support

* Serve as the HR Business Partner to assigned business leaders and their teams driving operational success through corporate strategies.
* Provide end to end HR support, including organizational development, employee relations, talent management, performance management, career development, employee engagement, and success planning activities.
* Direct and administer HR programs and processes efficiently and effectively including but not limited to talent development, total rewards, communications, and staffing.
* Uphold uncompromising ethical and compliance standards.

Workforce Planning And Organizational Development

* Align business strategy and operating structure to develop workforce planning solutions to meet current and future business needs. This may include recruitment strategy, organizational re-design, realignment & early talent programs such as apprenticeships.
* Develop organizations capacity for change and translate that into effective change processes and structures. Ensure change management best practices are deployed as required.
* Identify critical workforce metrics and use insights to help shape the business.
* Collaborate with the UK HR team members to review, simplify and harmonize the HR Policies and Programs.
* Actively participate and ensure flawless execution of specified corporate HR projects.

Talent Acquisition, Development And Management

* Ensure an enterprise-wide mindset is applied to all services and programs.
* Partner with leaders to identify their high potential talent and support them in ensuring these individuals are set up for continued success.
* Ensure clear succession plans are in place for key roles, identify gaps and build requirements into strategic workforce plan.
* Ensure effective application of performance management systems is in place.

Professional EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate should bring:

* Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a matrix, multinational and industrial environment.
* Experience working with a distributed team of HR professionals.
* Previous experience of HR systems - Workday experience a plus.
* Successful track record in Talent and Organizational Management within a multi-cultural environment.
* Familiarity working in a strategic HR organization aligned with a Centers of Excellence (COE) model.

Education

* A combination of great practical experience and professional HR accreditations such as CIPD or SHRM. A bachelors degree in Law, Human Resources Management or Economics would be preferred.
