Key responsibilities of Assistant Manager:
* Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead by example, providing outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
* Assist with staff scheduling, payroll management, and inventory control.
* Maintain a high level of communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
* Ensure the restaurant is always well-prepared, clean, and presentable for service.
* Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
