Early Years Apprentice at Bright Horizons Hinckley
Join our team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5. You will engage in adventures with our children through interactive play, activities, reading, and encouraging their curiosity—creating learning opportunities that support their development. With the support of your assessor, you will attend all required training and coursework to complete your formal qualification. You will also reflect on and proactively use new ideas and feedback to enhance learning and development.
What we're looking for
1. Commitment to completing your apprenticeship
2. English qualification: GCSE Grade C / Level 4 or above, or Functional Skills Level 2; willingness to complete if not already held
3. Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential—examples include Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder, or similar
4. Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
5. Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents
6. Effective communication skills with children and adults

Position Details
* Location: Hinckley, Leicester
* Salary: £25,538.44 per annum

The Role
As an Early Years Apprentice, you will work as part of a dedicated team in our Hinckley nursery, supporting the growth and development of children aged up to 5 years.
