As a change manager you'll be instrumental in helping us embed meaningful change across our operating model and other strategic change programs. You will drive the planning and delivery of change interventions across strategic projects across multiple business areas. From facilitating impact assessments and change planning sessions to supporting leaders in guiding their teams through change, your work will be vital in ensuring our projects deliver tangible business benefits. You'll take ownership of high-quality documentation, provide detailed communication with subject matter experts, and ensure adoption and integration activities are aligned with our broader business goals. Your ability to work collaboratively across functions, maintain focus on efficiency, and support teams through the entire project lifecycle-from design and testing to training and implementation-will be key to your success. These roles are permanent and full time. You can be based from any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury, Wolverhampton, London or Norwich with some travel across our geography required to deliver workshops. Regular home working is also available. You will have: Proven experience in managing business change across different sectors and change types (technology, process, cultural) Strong project planning skills, with experience of working effectively in virtual and hybrid environments Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels A collaborative and confident approach, able to challenge constructively and navigate resistance to change A methodical and analytical mindset, with excellent written and verbal communication skills A results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering impactful, sustainable change A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience Prosci certification (desirable but not essential).
