Qualifications
* High standard of written and spoken English
* Excellent communication skills and a professional and confident telephone manner
* Excellent customer care skills and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work in a team
* Experience in reception role is an advantage
* Used to working under pressure
* Rights to work in the UK with a minimum of 1-year stay to be considered
