Overview
The Borgen Project is an international organisation that works at the political level to improve living conditions for people impacted by war, famine and poverty. The national campaign aims to make poverty a focus of U.S., Canadian and U.K. foreign policy. The role focuses on content creation for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog.
This is a part-time programme: 12 hours per week, 12 weeks, unpaid, remote. If your availability is limited, you can work ahead and complete the programme in fewer weeks.
Responsibilities
* Article writing.
* Researching topics.
* Assisting with The Borgen Project's advocacy efforts.
* Assisting with fundraising. Create a personal fundraising campaign and meet targets.
Qualifications
Experience No prior experience is necessary; we’re looking for people who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of GPA/background.
Details This is an unpaid programme, although college credit is available.
Start Date
New programmes begin every month; you choose the month you wish to start.
