Duty Retail Manager (Art Sales & Training)
We are currently looking to recruit a Duty Retail Manager (Art Sales & Training) to join our Retail team.
The Duty Retail Manager will ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming and on‑brand, lead sales initiatives to achieve and exceed retail targets, manage on‑shift operational functions across retail areas, encourage the expansion and growth of RA Art sales, and act as the training lead for the retail team.
About You
* You are a dynamic, customer‑care focused individual with substantial retail or commercial management experience.
* You are familiar with working in a busy environment, consistently delivering first‑class customer service and maximizing sales opportunities.
* You possess exceptional communication and organisational skills, and can adapt quickly and confidently to changes and challenges within daily retail operations while maintaining excellent customer standards.
* You have a genuine interest in art and knowledge or experience in the commercial and operational aspects of art sales, including the presentation and fulfilment of artworks.
* You are a natural coach, confident in training others, able to translate key messages clearly and accommodate varying learning styles.
Please note: this role requires a 45‑hour week across a fixed rotation, including weekends and bank holidays.
