Allianz Partners' is a global leader in B2B Insurance and Assistance Services. The UK Sales team partners with well-known brands across Travel, Banking, Broker, and Insurance sectors.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Travel Insurance, your responsibility will be to manage and develop key travel partnerships through excellent relationship and account management. Your goal is to maximize Allianz Partners' strategic, commercial, and customer objectives within your assigned partnerships. This includes managing contractual commitments, regulatory obligations, and growth initiatives, focusing on revenue, profitability, growth, and regulatory compliance.

In summary, your responsibilities include:
1. Building internal and external relationships to drive results through effective teamwork.
2. Reviewing processes and products to enhance the service proposition and partnership value.
3. Understanding travel insurance distribution models, including direct and aggregator channels.
4. Communicating effectively and guiding decision-making.
5. Demonstrating strong commercial acumen to challenge internally and externally when necessary.
6. Maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Proven success in delivering growth and development in similar roles.
8. Coaching partners on the benefits of Allianz products and services, explaining our business model and value proposition.
9. Achieving budgeted revenue from existing partners and identifying new growth opportunities.
10. Tracking and maintaining opportunities, renewals, and contacts in Salesforce.
11. Potentially managing other Account Managers in the future, depending on business needs.
12. Producing, reviewing, and distributing accurate reports, including account development, budgets, strategic account strategies, and ad hoc requests.
You will also be responsible for supporting Allianz Partners' and partner requirements by coordinating with internal stakeholders in areas such as:

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
Hours and Location
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet business and client needs.
Hybrid working model: home, Croydon office, and partner premises, with at least one day in London and additional days as required.
