The Role
We're looking for a driven Project Manager to take ownership of challenging civils and energy projects across the region/company portfolio. You'll oversee all aspects of project delivery - from pre-construction through to handover - ensuring programmes, budgets, safety, and quality targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
* Plan, monitor, and deliver projects in line with contract and commercial targets.
* Ensure HSEQ compliance and champion a culture of safety and accountability.
* Report progress, manage risk, and drive problem-solving at site and office level.
* Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.
About You
Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in civil engineering, utilities, or energy infrastructure.
Strong technical understanding of groundworks, concrete, earthworks, or multi-utility projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills - able to motivate teams and manage client expectations.
Relevant qualifications (Degree / HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent).
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred.
