Role – Senior Chartered Landscape Architect
Location –Hampshire

Our client is an established and award-winning landscape practice based in Hampshire. They are looking to appoint a Senior Chartered Landscape Architect to join it´s growing team and
work on a genuinely broad range of projects across multiple sectors. The role spans the full scope of landscape architecture work, from early-stage planning studies and assessments through to detailed design and overseeing construction on site.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will play an active role within the studio, contributing not only to project delivery but also to the wider running of the practice. Team members are encouraged to be involved in collaborative internal groups focused on areas such as IT, marketing and carbon reduction.
THE LOCATION
The studio is based in a beautiful South Downs market town that’s easy to reach by train, with good public transport links making commuting straightforward from London and surrounding areas.
CHARTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
* A degree in landscape architecture
* Chartered membership of the Landscape Institute
* Significant post qualification experience within UK landscape practice
* Demonstrable experience leading projects and managing workloads independently
* Strong experience working within multidisciplinary teams and with external consultants
* Comfortable engaging with clients, planning authorities and contractors
* Ability to mentor and support junior team members where required
* Good understanding of quality management and project delivery processes
* Willingness to take part in practice wide initiatives and internal development groups
* Availability to work on a hybrid basis with regular attendance in the office
* Full right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence

* Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
