Bristow Holland are working with an exciting organisation based in Ipswich who are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract, with a view to becoming permanent.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid first-line experience who enjoys user-facing support and wants the security and progression of a long-term role.
You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal users, ensuring a high level of service and quick resolution of IT issues.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and ticketing system
* Supporting users across Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
* User account management including password resets, group membership, and onboarding/offboarding
* Troubleshooting Windows desktop and application issues
* Logging and updating tickets with clear documentation
Key Skills:
* Previous experience in a 1st line IT support or service desk role
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
* Experience with Active Directory user administration
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Well organised with a proactive approach to problem solving
