During Your Shift, You’ll
* Check in on residents and respond to individual needs overnight
* Provide personal care with warmth, privacy and respect
* Offer reassurance to those who may feel anxious or unsettled
* Record key information and help keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
* A steady, compassionate person who works well under pressure
* Someone who takes pride in their work and brings thoughtfulness to every task
* Experience is helpful, but not essential — we provide full training
* Availability for night shifts as part of a team rota
* PVG scheme and SSSC registration are required — we’ll guide you through it
Responsibilities and Requirements

* Be a member of the PVG Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks
* Be registered with the SSSC or work toward registration as required
* Ensure you have permission to work in the UK and comply with entitlement checks
