Dayforce Project Manager
Location: Remote (Must be based in the UK)
Salary: £55k - £75k + Package
The Opportunity
Focus on DF are supporting a global organisation delivering high-profile, complex Dayforce implementations and, due to continued growth, are now hiring an experienced Dayforce Project Manager to join the delivery team.
This is a Dayforce-specific project management role, responsible for leading end-to-end HR technology programmes across Core HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management. You will own delivery governance, planning, and stakeholder management, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
This role is best suited to project managers with direct Dayforce implementation experience who are comfortable operating in complex, multi-stream delivery environments. You’ll have either an SI / consulting background or have led a Dayforce implementation from the client side.
What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end Dayforce implementation projects across HR, Payroll, and WFM
* Own project governance, planning, RAID management, and delivery reporting
* Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and third-party vendors
* Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
* Drive delivery cadence across design, build, testing, and go-live phases
* Ensure alignment between functional leads (HR, Payroll, WFM) and technical teams
* Manage risks, issues, and scope change proactively
* Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilisation
* Provide clear documentation, status reporting, and executive updates
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing Dayforce implementations end-to-end
* Strong understanding of Dayforce delivery across Core HR, Payroll, and/or WFM
* Experience working in a consulting / system integrator or complex client-side environment
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior HR and business leaders
* Strong governance, planning, and delivery management capability
* Ability to operate calmly and decisively in fast-paced, high-pressure programmes
