Studio Manager & Project Lead - Hybrid, up to £60k available
Are you a highly organised and commercially-minded operator who thrives in creative environments? We're looking for a Studio Manager & Project Lead to join the senior leadership team in a cretaive agency and help steer the delivery of high-impact branding projects for world-class clients.
As Studio Manager & Project Lead, you'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Client & New Business Lead.
* Project planning & delivery: Overseeing timelines, resources, and workflows
* People & team support: Helping grow and develop the team with support from HR
* Studio operations: Coordinating with finance, IT, and other partners
* Client delivery: Building strong relationships and ensuring smooth execution
* New business: Supporting the preparation and onboarding of new projects
* Culture & systems: Helping shape an inclusive, efficient, and inspiring workplace
What We're Looking For
* 6+ years in project or studio management within design or creative industries
* A strong communicator with proven leadership skills
* Commercially savvy: confident with budgets, scopes, and resourcing
* Experience with tools like Team Gantt, Harvest, or similar
* Calm under pressure and great at balancing creative ambition with logistical realities
