Job Description
Job Purpose
Provide effective lifeguard services in accordance with professional standards and policies. Assist in sport and leisure activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and quality service.
Responsibilities
* Administer First Aid as needed, report incidents per procedures.
* Perform duties following health and safety regulations, COSHH, SOPs, and emergency plans.
* Conduct cleaning duties as scheduled, using manual and mechanical equipment safely.
* Set up and dismantle equipment safely and efficiently.
* Contribute to a customer-focused service.
* Supervise children's activities and parties, adhering to child protection policies.
* Promote equality and health & safety standards.
* Perform any other duties as directed by your supervisor.
Progression to A2
* Supervise pool activities, identify hazards, and respond appropriately.
* Maintain National Pool Lifeguard qualification through training.
* Additional duties as appropriate within the role's scope.
Qualifications
Must hold and maintain the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification as a condition of employment.
