About the Role
This role supports the Commercial team in delivering quantity surveying and cost management activities across infrastructure projects.
You will work closely with experienced QS professionals and the Project Manager, gaining exposure to project delivery, cost control, and contract administration.

Hybrid working: Glasgow City Centre (3 days office, 2 days WFH).
Key Responsibilities
* Support the review of contractor quotations and cost submissions.
* Assist with payment applications, valuations, and forecasting.
* Help prepare commercial reports and performance updates.
* Support the administration of NEC4 contracts and CEMAR processes.
* Assist in drafting Early Warnings, compensation events, and other communications.
* Attend commercial and project meetings, taking notes and tracking actions.
* Support subcontractor management, including payments and records.
* Help manage purchase orders and invoicing.
Key Requirements
* Degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
* Basic understanding of construction/engineering projects.
* Strong communication and willingness to learn.
* Good organisational and numerical skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* UK National with (or eligible for) SC Clearance.
* Placement or internship experience in a commercial/QS role.
* Awareness of NEC contracts.
* Experience or exposure to CEMAR.
