NWF Fuels are looking to recruit an experienced customer service advisor working 3 days per week, initially on a 6 month contract to cover our peak season. Previous experience in customer facing or sales role would be advantageous Effective communication skills and the ability to provide excellent and friendly customer service Resilient attitude and comfortable in working to KPI’s and SLA’s Thrives in a fast paced environment IT literate – Experience using SAP would be advantageous Who are NWF Fuels?
