Location: 3-4 days per week in the office - Shoreditch

The Head of Data will…
Lead and scale the data function across the business. You’ll define and execute the data strategy, own the infrastructure, build BI foundations, and guide a growing team of analysts and scientists. The Head of Data will be crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights across customer acquisition, retention, supply chain, and product optimization. You’ll work closely with leadership to drive growth, experimentation, and a data-driven culture.
* Proven leadership of data teams in fast-growth, early-stage environments
* Expertise in BI, SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes
* Strong commercial acumen to translate business needs into analytical frameworks
* Experience with experimentation design, A/B testing, and statistical methods
* Experience with two-sided marketplaces (preferred)
