We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.

* Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving operational efficiency.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
* Support the team during peak service times, providing hands-on assistance as needed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers.
* Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is advantageous.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
