Who we're looking for
A sharp, detail-driven, proposal-building pro who gets a quiet thrill from a perfectly structured document. Someone who can spot an inconsistency a mile off, but also knows how to make language sing. If you're part-bid-writer, part-project-manager, part-CRM-ninja, you're probably our person.
What you'll be doing
Creating, coordinating, and delivering high-quality proposals and pitch decks
Working closely with our BDD, BDM, and ops team to translate ideas into winning bids
Managing timelines, inputs, and formatting with calm, consistent precision
Keeping our CRM and bid library clean, current, and effortlessly usable
Bringing clarity and flair to content—without ever losing focus on the win themes
