Key Responsibilities
* Contract administration and detailed knowledge of various contract forms (JCT, NEC, GC Works, PPC 2000)
* Cost planning and estimating
* Procurement knowledge
* Compiling tender/contract documents including Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities
* Measurement experience (manual and CAD Measure)
* Reinstatement Cost Assessments
* Material costings knowledge
Required Skills
* Independent delivery of procurement (single and two-stage tendering)
* Cost consultancy experience in commercial, residential and retail sectors
* Strong client relationship management skills
* Proven track record in end-to-end commercial cost consultancy
* Experience with various forms of contract
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* Commercial awareness and attention to detail
