Closing Date: 23:59 on 29/08/2025 About the role
The Collaboration Centre is a key part of the ITS Operating Model, supporting the Technology Strategy in AMP8 and beyond. It unites change/project delivery and IT service operations into a multidisciplinary team responsible for end-to-end business services for specific technology platforms or applications. As a member of the Specialist Applications CC, reporting to the Senior Product Owner, your expertise in geospatial solutions (preferably within the Esri stack) will be advantageous. You will ensure that SA CC initiatives align with business strategies, continuously release innovative products, and support AMP goals, driving efficiencies and excellent customer service. You will engage with all business areas, employing excellent communication and problem-solving skills to identify business issues that can be addressed through enterprise applications. This requires a deep understanding of applications, technology, and our business challenges. You will translate these into requirements that align with SA CC standards for delivery by our technical teams. Continuous review and refinement of the SA CC demands are necessary to keep the applications backlog aligned with business needs and maximize value. Negotiation and conflict resolution with stakeholders will be part of your role, often exercising influence rather than control. You will communicate confidently across all levels, from directors to front-line staff, facilitating discussions and prioritization. You will make quick, impactful decisions, justifying your rationale with emotional intelligence, especially when stakeholders perceive conflicts or deprioritization. Responsibilities
