We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker.
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £33,320.85 per annum
Location: Greater London (Covering Area Camden in Camden, Haringey & Islington)
Essential Requirements: Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and hold a Children's Workforce Diploma or equivalent in the children sector.

They act as vital links between the organization and the community, supporting those with emotional and behavioral difficulties to reach their potential.
Main Purpose of the Role: The Senior Support Worker delivers high-quality care, manages care services, plans strategically for the home’s development, and oversees daily management. They lead in childcare practices, organize staff, supervise and mentor team members, and facilitate training, reporting to the Registered Manager.

Responsibilities include:
* Enriching young people's lives and fostering positive relationships
* Maintaining care plans, risk assessments, and key work sessions
* Ensuring compliance with legislation (Children Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000, Children's Homes Regulations 2015)
* Managing child protection matters in line with current standards
* Coordinating services (health, education, therapy) for children
* Providing leadership and coaching in childcare practice
* Supporting the home’s management and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Maintaining health and safety standards, managing budgets, and overseeing quality assurance processes
