Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us for an 18‑month Supply Chain Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 3. This role supports the Supply Chain and Operations team at Philips Personal Health, empowering people to live happy, healthy lifestyles through personalized and sustainable solutions across oral healthcare, mother and childcare, grooming, beauty, and consumer health.
Responsibilities
* Act as liaison between the UK sales and operations team and the Order Management and Scheduling team in Lodz, Poland, and distribution and warehousing partners in the Netherlands.
* Review Key Performance Indicators and drive continuous improvements.
* Plan weekly demand forecasts for specific customers towards the factories.
* Support UK supply‑chain improvement projects.
* Complete the Supply Chain Practitioner Apprenticeship L3.

Qualifications
* Highly motivated to maximise this opportunity to start a career in supply chain and logistics.
* Relevant academic background or evidence of an interest in Supply Chain.
* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with the MS Office suite and PowerPoint.
* Strong written and communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and improve continuously.

Working Arrangements
* Office‑based role requiring in‑person attendance at least three days per week.
