About The Role

Do you have a proven track record of achieving sales targets? Are you looking to step up your career? Let’s work(out) together! We're searching for an experienced Sales Person to join our prestigious Wigan Club. This key role involves representing the Fitness First Brand and requires a highly motivated sales individual with excellent leadership skills, capable of achieving all in-club sales targets.

We focus on what sets us apart as a brand, celebrating our fitness products and delivering an excellent experience, with our members at the heart of everything we do.

You will...

* Act as a positive example for all club staff, embodying operational excellence.
* Assist in the guest experience journey, including touring booked appointments and walk-ins, converting them into members, and capturing accurate data for prospects.
* Promote excellent FFX performance and other signature Fitness First products.
* Collaborate with support functions to achieve the club's sales targets.
* Coordinate outreach activities to promote the club and identify improvement areas.
* Stay updated on membership fees and promotions, and communicate these effectively to members.
* Maintain high sales integrity, ensuring prospects and members are well-informed about terms, conditions, and offers.
* Build and maintain corporate relationships through events and quality engagement.
* Retain existing members by providing exceptional experiences.
* Address feedback per Fitness First's complaints policy.
* Support team members and engage positively on the gym floor.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines and complete relevant checks.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the general manager.

Have you...

* Contributed to meeting revenue goals through sales achievements.
* Experience in sales or service within similar environments is desirable.
* Proficiency in face-to-face and phone sales.
* Basic knowledge of the fitness industry is beneficial.
* Exceptional guest service skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability, including shift coverage at short notice.
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
* Proactive and self-motivated approach.
* Friendly, approachable demeanor aligned with our values.
