About the role This role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced administrative position within the Codi Facilities Management Team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of FM duties and establish relationships with various departments within the company as well as external contractors. Your responsibilities will include dealing with contractors and undertaking building checks. Additionally, you will assist in managing contracts under the FM team's remit. You will also provide support for Compliance areas managed by the FM team, uploading data and proving information to colleagues on the FM team. Skills and Experience Needed First and foremost, you should have experience in an administrative role. Additionally, experience of delivering excellent customer service is highly valued, as it demonstrates your ability to interact effectively and provide exceptional service. Flexibility and adaptability are essential traits, as you will encounter diverse situations and the role is for someone who enjoys variety. The role also demands the ability to maintain professionalism in a busy environment, while remaining motivated as requirements and priorities change. Finally, proficiency in office software, Word, Excel, and Outlook (email and calendars), is crucial to efficiently manage administrative tasks and communications. We are looking for someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team. You should be able to manage your own workload effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential, as you will interact with colleagues, customers, and contractors on a regular basis.
