A premium fashion brand is opening a brand-new store in Bath and is looking for a Sales Advisor to support daily operations and drive a best-in-class in-store experience.
As the Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key role in the store team, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational standards. You will champion the brand’s values on sustainability, style, simplicity, and community.
Role Overview
We are seeking warm, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our team. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities to contribute to a brand that values sustainable fashion, exceptional service, and team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver outstanding customer service through face-to-face interaction, phone, and email communications.
2. Fully understand and embody our brand strategy and current product range.
3. Stay knowledgeable about new products, styles, fits, and fabric qualities.
4. Confidently assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
5. Offer tactful and authoritative styling and product advice.
6. Manage customer sales, returns, and deliveries efficiently, adhering to store procedures.
7. Handle sensitive customer issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
8. Use IT systems confidently for website, till, and logistics functions.
9. Maintain excellent telephone etiquette.
10. Uphold high standards of visual merchandising.
11. Replenish stock and maintain a tidy, inviting shop floor.
12. Assist with deliveries and stock recalls.
13. Ensure personal compliance with health and safety procedures in-store.
14. Communicate customer feedback clearly to buying and merchandising teams.
Candidate Profile
15. Previous experience in a premium retail environment with a strong customer focus.
16. A confident and empathetic communicator with a calm and patient approach.
17. Genuine passion for sustainable fashion.
18. A people person who thrives on engaging and connecting with customers.
19. Warm, energetic, and enthusiastic about the role.
20. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
