Records Manager London £45,000 - £50,000 My client, a leading London Law Firm are looking for an experienced Records Manager to join their growing team. Role/Responsibilities Having day-to-day management of the records function, escalating any issues to the Facilities Manager as appropriate. Archiving, retrieving, and returning deeds and wills as required. Retrieving and returning files as required. Handling archiving queries promptly and accurately via email and Teams. Providing accurate instructions to our archiving storage company to ensure all collections and deliveries are prompt and complete. Providing inductions to relevant new joiners on our records service and procedures. Providing monthly reports on workload activity and delivery, making recommendations for additional resource if required. Assisting the Head of Business Services with annual reviews of our archiving and destruction policies, to update processes as required. Assisting the Head of Business Services with ongoing electronic and hard copy destruction projects. As Records Manager, you will report into the Facilities Manager.
