Senior Account Manager
Location: Hampton Hill, SW London
Salary: £38-45k | Start: ASAP
Our client is a small but mighty retail & shopper marketing agency with a client list that includes the likes of McVitie's, L'Oréal, PepsiCo, Evian, Nestlé.
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who's ready to step up, lead projects, and build strong client relationships — all while keeping campaigns on track and bringing creative ideas to life.
This isn't a back-office role. You'll be client-facing, strategy-shaping, and the right hand to our Account Directors, with plenty of room to grow as we continue to expand.
What you'll be doing:
• Acting as day-to-day lead for FMCG & retail clients, managing relationships with confidence and flair.
• Running campaigns end-to-end… from taking briefs and briefing the studio, to delivering work that
makes clients high-five you.
• Supporting Account Directors with strategic planning and business growth opportunities.
• Keeping projects on time, on budget, and stress-free (well, mostly).
• Spotting opportunities to impress clients and upsell services.
• Helping out with pitches and new business - we all muck in.

What we're looking for:
• 3+ years' experience in an agency environment (retail/shopper/FMCG experience = gold star).
• Proven track record of running campaigns independently with happy clients at the end.
• Commercially savvy - budgets, forecasts, and KPIs don't faze you.
• A natural relationship-builder with great presentation skills.

What's in it for you (besides Friday takeaways & a Champagne fridge):
• £38-£45k salary (depending on experience).
• 5 days a week in our Hampton Hill office (because we actually like hanging out together).
• Private medical healthcare + company pension.
• Real responsibility with big-name clients you'll actually be proud to put on your CV.
• A growing agency where your voice counts and your ideas matter.
• Team culture that's all about collaboration, creativity, and the occasional TikTok dance-off.
