Offer description

Senior Meetings & Events Sales Manager - Coworking / Flex Workspaces London EC4A 4AD (Hybrid) - Office in the City (City Thameslink) on Mondays, 3 days across our Marylebone sites, 1 days WFH £55,000-60,000 - dependent on experience, PLUS commission From Senior Manager to Department Architect. If you have the entrepreneurial mindset to turn raw space into a high-growth revenue engine, you belong here. Stop selling slots. Start architecting a vertical. You’ll be joining a mission to revive the workspace as a hub for 1,000,000 real-world connections. While the rest of the market stands still, you’ll find yourself in a business scaling rapidly - taking a Meetings & Events (M&E) vertical into its next frontier. You won't just "manage" events; you’ll be the Commercial Builder, owning the end-to-end strategy and designing the scalable processes that power growth from 15 locations to 50 and beyond. You will be: A Senior Commercial Operator with years of venue or hospitality meetings and events sales experience, trusted to run a territory rather than just chase individual leads. A Strategic "Builder" with the entrepreneurial mindset to take an existing product and design the playbooks and systems that make it scalable. A Natural Leader ready to take direct management of the M&E Sales Manager, raising the bar for the whole team’s performance. A High-Stakes Negotiator who handles complex decision-makers and secures premium wins while protecting value. Commercially Ambitious, viewing challenges as opportunities to innovate and find faster ways to grow the business. Connected - Someone armed with a little black book of industry contacts and clients Your Focus: Strategic Revenue Ownership: You’ll own the M&E revenue strategy across the portfolio, identifying new market opportunities and optimising yield to exceed ambitious targets. Proactive Business Development: You’ll lead outbound outreach to target high-value corporate clients and agencies, building a pipeline of repeat, long-term partners. Process Architecture: You’ll design and implement the M&E Sales Playbook - standardising pricing, contract terms, and CRM automations for network-wide efficiency. Senior Account Management: You’ll personally lead and close the most complex, high-value inquiries, acting as the senior commercial point of contact for strategic accounts. Product Consultation: You’ll partner with Projects & Facilities to consult on new building designs, ensuring every square foot is commercially viable. You’ll know you’re winning when you hit quarterly revenue targets, improve conversion efficiency, and ensure 30% of leads come through your outreach strategies. Skills & Knowledge: Seasoned Background: You have demonstrable experience in senior venue or hospitality sales and a history of exceeding significant revenue targets. Technical Proficiency: You’re skilled in CRM management and use data-led insights to structure complex terms and manage multiple stakeholders. Why work for us? A supportive, friendly, hard-working team. Quarterly team socials & get-togethers. Bring your pooch to work - we are a dog-friendly office. Take a half-day on your birthday. A mental health personal day. One paid charity day per year. Competitive salary and bonus scheme. 25 Days holiday per year (excluding Bank Holidays). £50 per month wellbeing allowance.
