Year in Industry - Marketing Placement 2026 at Spirax Sarco. This global marketing placement offers hands-on experience in digital marketing across more than 60 countries, with exposure to industry-leading tools and live campaigns across social media, SEO, email, and web platforms.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Spirax Sarco Global Marketing Team on digital marketing activities across multiple channels.
* Participate in campaign ideation, setup, execution, and performance analysis.
* Support live campaigns across social media, SEO, email and web platforms using tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, and Marketo.
Qualifications
* Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a requirement to complete a work placement.
* Studying Marketing, Business, or Media, with a curious mindset and strong communication skills.
* Passion for digital content and a desire to gain hands-on experience on a global stage.

* Year in Industry Programme based in Cheltenham, UK (Spirax Sarco, part of the Steam Specialties business).
* 12-month placements available; opportunities to experience a full year in the business.

Requirements
* Applicants must be part of an agreed university placement scheme and have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, full-time, for the duration of the placement (July 2026 – July 2027).
* Applications are requested from those able to commit to the stated placement dates.
Dates
* Application Closing Date: Sunday 19 October 2025.
* Assessment Centre (on-site in Cheltenham): Tuesday 25 November or Tuesday 2 December 2025 (dates may vary by area of interest).
